Built for traders who think in probabilities, not predictions
Ironvalyx began as an internal research tool for quantitative analysis before becoming the platform it is today. Our focus has stayed the same: turning dense market data into decisions an analyst can actually use.
From research desk to trading toolkit
Ironvalyx was developed by people who spent years staring at order books, back-testing strategies, and getting frustrated with tools that were either too simplistic or too opaque to trust. We built the platform we wished we had: transparent in its methodology, rigorous in its modelling, and practical enough to use under real time pressure.
What started as a set of internal scripts for flagging statistical anomalies in price action grew into a full quantitative analysis platform, shaped continuously by feedback from the analysts and day traders who use it.
Make rigorous market analysis accessible, not exclusive
Quantitative edge has historically belonged to institutions with the budget for proprietary research teams. Ironvalyx exists to put a comparable standard of modelling and data discipline into the hands of independent traders and analysts, without dumbing down the underlying methodology.
Principles that shape every decision
These aren't slogans on a wall — they're the filters we apply when building features, setting pricing, and deciding what not to ship.
Transparency
Every model and signal is documented so users understand the reasoning behind it, not just the output.
Rigor
We favour statistically sound methods over flashy claims. If a model can't withstand scrutiny, it doesn't ship.
Discipline
Good trading tools should encourage process and risk awareness, not impulsive decisions.
Independence
We build for self-directed traders and analysts who want sharper tools, not someone else's trades to copy.
A small, focused group
Ironvalyx is built by a compact team spanning quantitative research, software engineering, and market analysis. We keep the team deliberately lean so decisions stay close to the people who understand both the data and the trading floor.
Research & Modelling
Designing and back-testing the statistical models that power our predictive tools, with an emphasis on explainability over black-box complexity.
Platform Engineering
Turning research output into a fast, reliable interface that performs under live market conditions, not just in a notebook.
User Feedback & Iteration
Working directly with analysts and traders to refine features based on how the platform is actually used day to day.
Where Ironvalyx is headed
Our roadmap is driven by the same question we started with: what would make a serious trader's analysis sharper and more disciplined? We'll keep expanding our modelling depth and data coverage, while staying deliberate about what we add — every new feature has to earn its place.
